We offer a 14-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.
How far can I travel on a single charge?
Range varies by model and riding conditions, but most Engwe bikes offer between 25 to 50 miles per charge in pedal-assist mode.
Are the bikes delivered fully assembled?
Engwe e-bikes arrive approximately 85% pre-assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and saddle using the included tool kit.
